All I can say is WOW!! We've had a few estimates for roofing repair and no one had done a thorough job of inspecting our roof for problems. Vincent came out and inspected our roof and attic, provided pictures, and gave us an estimate we thought was very fair for the job. We were impressed with the time he spent with us as no one had ever been so thorough. When it came time for repairs, it was found that there was a little more of the roof that needed repair. Victor made sure we knew about the damage and fixed it as needed for a proper repair instead of leaving it. He even absorbed the extra expense as it wasn't in the original quote. After the job was done, the site was left clean and his tech even blew off the driveway. We were provided pictures of the before and after of all repairs. We couldn't be happier and will definitely be seeking Green Light Roofing when it's time to replace our roof. It was so nice to work with a company with such professionalism. Very fast on quoting and performing the job. We had 277 feet of fence needing to be replaced and these guys completed the job, cleaned the site, all within 24 hours. As well, with the final inspection, the guys installing would replace boards they didn't like from knot holes (cedar) or small cracks. I didn't have time to babysit a crew as this was a high-security commercial property so getting completed fast was a blessing. I would recommend them for any future work on my private or commercial needs.

Very thorough and professional. They caught some support issues in the attic that caused the roof to sag and fixed them during the roof replacement. The job took a little over a day. The crew worked hard despite the heat. They picked up after, didn't leave a trace. GreenLight was slightly more expensive than other quotes but I m glad I chose them.
